My name is Joshua and I’m the director of Trenton group. We have three brands underneath Trenton group. The first one is Bread Basket, a Café focus on selling bread. The second one is De Bakker which is all the bakery that we sell in a supermarket. It’s bread nad also dry food like whistling granola, gluten free cookies and stuff like that. The third one, we have pie shop in Canggu and in Ubud.
We started the bakery factories about ten years ago. We sell it to the hotel villa, resort, like supplying all the restaurants and also we supply to the supermarket. After a while, we were thinking of opening a coffee shop. That’s when we came up with the name of bread basket. The main product is bread, rye bread, sourdough, multigrain and also german bread like bagel and pretzel.
We want to provide healthy bread for a healthy conscious people. We sell that kind of product like gluten-free bread, no sugar, no egg, no dairy products.
