Many people take life for granted. Many people don’t know their life-stories could make impact to others. I want to listen and tell those many people’s life so they could inspire others.
I started the project “Beauty in Power” with that intention.
Many years of admiring my mom and working side by side with my wife, I am a big fans of career women. That’s why I chose “Beauty in Power” project as my project starter of many similar projects to come. I told myself that if I could be inspired with these both women in my life, so do others.
It was a humble beginning when I launched the event during the week of Kartini Days (Indonesian Women Day). Many of friends from the industry turned up to support this project.
One of them was people from Metro TV. FYI, Metro TV is one of my favourite TV channel in Indonesia because of their reliable news sources.
I was over the moon knowing that my project was not only to be circulated in my network but in the public network as well.
It’s truly a humble beginning. It’s an encouragement that I and The Big Films team are motivated to do more of such projects in the future.
