” HIGH SCHOOL SWEETHEART “
Some weddings are meant to be awesome. We are there just to story-tell the feeling of the day as honest as possible.
Andrew and Priscilla’s wedding is one of them.

When I wrote a chapter about how to plan a wedding recently for Uncover book, I asked myself deeply what are the things that make wedding day to be memorable. Finally I understand that there will be two different valuations based on the look or on the people surrounding the couple. Everyone has his/her different way of appreciation. I guess it’s almost similar to the way people say to plan the wedding based on your personality. Couples who love their wedding day memories to be intimate, surrounded by the people they love, would ensure all planning for the wedding day will lead to keeping everyone’s mood so they have some good, memorable times.
Those little details from picking up the bridal party who happened to be so cool to each other (and craziest door games!) to the first meeting prior to the ceremony because they wanted to have a private moment to reflect their long history together. These were what make Andrew and Priscilla’s wedding so special.
And the reception entrance and the speeches were just wow, so personal that showed the true Andrew and Priscilla in the eyes of the people around them.
We almost said that we have shot our wedding of the year in February. I know it was way too early knowing we have many awesome weddings ahead of us. But surely this is the big contenders amongst all.
God knows how they have been working together since highschool. They have been together for thick and thin since then. But when celebrating moments like their wedding day, they still missed each other badly when they were not together. They couldn’t keep each other’s hand :D.
The moment of the first meeting was definitely the highlight of the day for us. We never anticipated how much they looked forward to that moment. After all, they have been together since high school. It would easy to say they might have forgotten how they felt when they were together in the first place. But they don’t. They appreciated this new beginning and they are not afraid to show how much their wedding day meant to them
We have shot hundreds of Australian weddings over years, but we’d never get bored of listening to personal testimonials such as speeches. Their wedding is no different. We still needed to hide our faces from the public while shooting, to listen how wonderful their lives was from the words of their friends and relatives. We don’t get to say to people we love, in public how much we appreciate what they have done to us, and wedding day is one of, and probably the only occasion we get to say our honest feelings. It’s wonderful and it makes us look back to our lives and appreciate the people around us even more
Andrew & Priscilla, your beautiful wedding is an inspiration for people like us to keep passionate in doing what we do. We hope you have an even more beautiful marriage and many happy years together!
